Relational Life Therapy is Terry Real’s groundbreaking approach to couples therapy that challenges traditional methods. Instead of focusing only on insight, RLT equips you with the real-world skills you need to nurture and cherish your relationship long after the workshop ends. These are the very skills you’ll practice and take home during the Relationship Bootcamp.

Terry Real, LICSW, is an internationally renowned family therapist, bestselling author, and speaker. He’s saved countless couples on the brink of divorce with his progressive approach, Relational Life Therapy.
Through The Relational Life Institute, he has trained thousands of mental health and marriage practitioners worldwide—including me.

I’m Veronica L. Nabizadeh—marriage coach, speaker, divorce mediator, and founder of Marriage Relationship Restart. My motto is simple: If it’s worth fighting about, it’s worth fixing.
But I wasn’t always guiding others out of conflict. Years ago, my own marriage was hanging by a thread, and I almost through in the towel. I felt more like a roommate than a wife, and I was exhausted from the constant fights. That breaking point became my breakthrough. I dove into family systems, emotional intelligence, conflict mediation, and neuroscience, learning from some of the world’s top experts. The more I learned, the more I healed. And the more I healed, the more passionate I became about helping others do the same.
Today, I help couples stuck in destructive cycles find a new way forward—whether that means rebuilding their marriage or uncoupling with dignity and grace.

Here are the ones that matter most:

Statement of Inclusivity and Belonging
We need each other. Healing doesn’t happen in isolation. It happens within the context of healthy
relationships. As we learn to bring more compassion and collaboration to our most intimate relationships, we
also work to bring the power of relational living to all of our interactions. These workshops are a place where
all humans are valued, honored, and welcomed. You belong here, just as you are. I commit to provide a space of inclusivity and belonging for you to work courageously toward a relationship that is essentially cherishing. I will create an environment of respect and dignity for all individuals and couples no matter who you love or how you identify.

return from scheduled breaks promptly.
